Downers Grove Junior Woman's Club Announces the Winners of the 2022 Junior High Art Awards

DOWNERS GROVE, Illinois – The Downers Grove Junior Woman's Club (DGWJC) is pleased to announce the five winners of their annual Junior High Art Awards. 

There were a total of 15 creative submissions from local Downers Grove junior high students. There were 1st  and 2nd place winners for 7th and 8th grades, as well as one Best in Show winner. Each winner was invited to  the Awards Ceremony on Tuesday, February 22nd and awarded a cash prize. 

Allison McNulty, co-chair of the DGJWC Education Committee said, "We have some very talented artists in our community! We enjoyed reviewing the submissions and thank everyone for their hard work.” McNulty  continued, “We are very excited to announce our winners and see their work displayed at the Downers Grove  Community Bank for the month of March." 

The winners are listed below, along with a photograph of them being honored at the DGJWC February General Meeting at The Loyal Order of Moose, Downers Grove Lodge 1535.
