Shred415 Mini Social

Our very own club member and Shred415 instructor, Ilana Roth, has generously offered a mini social at Shred415’s new location in Naperville!  It has not even opened to the public and she is offering our members a chance to try it out for free!  

This class will be limited to 15 people in order to allow for social distancing.  All equipment is sanitized.  Masks should be worn into the studio and during transitions from floor/treadmill.  

Shred415 is an instructor-led, calorie-burning high intensity interval training class designed to target all muscle groups, and it guarantees to shred your body.  Alternating between cardio work on top quality Woodway treadmills and weight-training, you'll increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout tailored to your level and your goals.  Shred415 is for EVERYONE!!  You select your weights; you set your pace on the treadmill.  Walkers, joggers and hardcore runners are all welcome in class! Classes are currently running 50 minutes to allow appropriate time between classes to disinfect everything.
