What is Barre? Barre is a high repetition, light weight workout inspired by components of yoga, ballet and Pilates. It focuses on low impact and high-intensity moves designed to tone and strengthen your body in ways different than other workouts.
What to bring: a towel or yoga mat, cozy clothes, and a mask.
