High School Senior Achievement Scholarships - The DGJWC offers Senior Scholarships for high school seniors. Applications are reviewed by members of the DGJWC Education Committee and judged on the completion of the application. The content of these applications are kept confidential. The decision of the Education Committee is final. All scholarship funds are sent directly to the college or university and are applied according to its rules and regulations.
High School Senior Fine Arts Scholarship - The DGJWC offers one Fine Arts Scholarships for high school seniors. Applications are reviewed by members of the DGJWC Education Committee and judged on the completion of the application. The content of these applications are kept confidential. The decision of the Education Committee is final. All scholarship funds are sent directly to the college or university and are applied according to its rules and regulations.
Adult Woman Continuing Education Scholarships. The DGJWC offers scholarships to women residing in Downers Grove or within the boundaries of District 99. The applicant must be involved in continuing her education to facilitate her entry or advancement in the job market. Entries are reviewed by members of the DGJWC Education Committee and judged on the completion of the application form and content of the attached written essay. The contents of these applications are kept confidential. The decision of the committee is final. All scholarship funds are sent directly to the college or university and are applied according to its rules and regulations. If an applicant has ever received a scholarship from the DGJWC, she is not eligible for this award.

Hamilton Ridge Music Scholarship - $500
Centennial Library Scholarship - $300
Illinois Cottage Park Ridge Scholarships (Vocational for Girls) – two (2) at $500 each
Lincoln Lodge Scholarships (Vocational for Boys) – two (2) at $500 each
Vina A. Miller Memorial Scholarship (Health for 2008) - $500
2006-2008 GFWC Illinois Cultural Exchange Student Scholarship - $1,000
Scholarship to go to a student who has applied for acceptance in a student cultural exchange program.
Scholarship requirements are on the applications. Students submitting applications must be students at a State of Illinois School and are planning on attending a college or university in the State of Illinois. Students interested in the Cultural Exchange Scholarship must be attending a State of Illinois high school. Applications must be submitted through a GFWC Illinois Federation of Women’s Clubs member club.
